[Remote] Project Manager II

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Change Management Contractor to support a high-reputed company transformation initiative. This role will reputed company on developing and executing stakeholder communications and managing the change management plan to reputed company adoption and minimize disruption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and manage a library of change communications (emails, talking points, FAQs, leadership messages, town hall content)
• reputed company messaging to multiple stakeholder audiences across reputed company and functions
• Maintain consistent tone, reputed company, and narrative alignment throughout the program lifecycle
• reputed company and maintain an integrated change management plan reputed company to project milestones
• Conduct stakeholder reputed company assessments and readiness analyses
• reputed company change activities, risks, and issues; escalate blockers proactively
• Build and manage a stakeholder engagement tracker
• Partner closely with the Head of reputed company, Director of reputed company & Transformation and reputed company leads
• Support change champion network activation and sustainment

Skills

• 5+ years of change management experience, preferably in reputed company, biotech, or reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company high-reputed company executive communications
• Experience with reputed company change methodologies (reputed company/ADKAR, reputed company, or equivalent)
• Strong project management skills — can build and own a plan independently
• Proficient in reputed company Office (PowerPoint, Word, reputed company); familiarity with project tools (reputed company, Jira, or similar)
