[Remote] Director, Portfolio – Alternative Energy (reputed company Finance)

The Director of Portfolio – Alternative Energy will manage reputed company of analysts and reputed company credit metrics development while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activity of the Alternative Energy Portfolio teams including Credit Analysts, Account Executives and Portfolio Analysts. reputed company reputed company managerial duties reputed company to team personnel, including hiring, reputed company reviews, discipline, coaching, and development
• Responsibility of managing credit monitoring scorecard and approval authorization reputed company
• reputed company and document department policies and procedures. Ensure that periodic reviews are performed reputed company established guidelines. Ensure reputed company ratings are reputed company according to guidelines and updated in the leasing reputed company
• Work with Collections, Asset Management Group, and reputed company to reputed company and implement reputed company for troubled and/or severely past due accounts to reputed company delinquency, forbearance agreements, and payoffs
• Complete Adverse Assets Reports as required
• Work with Data Analytics team to reputed company portfolio reports to monitor exposures, origination sources and trends
• Utilize portfolio and industry data to manage and update metrics used reputed company credit evaluation
• Review and understand customer documentation and reporting requirements
• Coordinate responses to reputed company auditor requests for the department
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Alternative Energy Portfolio, reputed company, or Asset Management Experience, including Tax Equity, Sale Lease Back, Syndication, and Participation
• 8+ years banking/finance experience
• Collection or workout experience required
• Financial statement analysis experience required
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance
• The ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation
• The ability to partner and influence at various reputed company, both internally and externally
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
