Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-cycle reputed company of on a reputed company of positions inclusive of reputed company development, meeting with the hiring leader on sourcing strategies, contact and qualification of candidates, presentation of candidates to hiring leader, scheduling of interviews, offer guidance/preparation/negotiation and reputed company
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of reputed company and reputed company hiring and business needs
• Utilizes a reputed company of passive candidate sourcing techniques including NMLS, referrals, industry association events, reputed company houses, job fairs, job boards, employee referral programs, and relevant personal and reputed company networking sites

• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
