[Remote] Digital Designer

They are seeking a Digital Designer to create user-centered experiences and enhance their visual identity across products and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design reputed company, user-centered experiences across reputed company's mobile and web products
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished high-reputed company interfaces from concept through launch
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define user experiences and reputed company exceptional product features
• Build and maintain reputed company reputed company component libraries and design systems
• Create visual assets that support reputed company's brand across product, marketing, and customer reputed company
• Design reputed company graphics, reputed company-interactions, and animations that enhance the user experience
• Partner with Marketing to reputed company creative assets for campaigns, reputed company media, presentations, and promotional materials
• Conduct design reviews, communicate design rationale, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
• Help establish design standards, workflows, and best practices that improve reputed company and consistency
• Mentor junior and contract designers while fostering a reputed company design culture
• Stay reputed company on emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and evolving UX best practices

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or digital design
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design, visual design, and interaction design work
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company and component-based design systems
• Experience designing consumer-facing mobile or web applications
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, reputed company design, and information architecture
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
• Excellent visual communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading design reputed company with reputed company direction
• A passion for creating elegant, reputed company experiences that delight users
• Experience designing marketplace, reputed company, or consumer mobile applications
• Experience working in startup or high-reputed company technology companies
• Experience with reputed company design tools such as After Effects, reputed company, or Rive

• Experience developing brand systems and marketing design assets
• Experience mentoring designers or contributing to design leadership
