[Remote] Functional Analyst

They are seeking an reputed company Functional Analyst to support Supply Chain business operations, focusing on issue reputed company, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Business Operations support across supply chain processes and systems; analyze and reputed company incidents reputed company SLA
• reputed company issue triage, identify impacted areas, and engage cross-functional teams
• reputed company war rooms with IT, Business and reputed company Partners, triage calls, and stakeholder communications
• Conduct RCA discussions and reputed company corrective/preventive actions
• Execute tasks per SOPs; enhance documentation, knowledge reputed company, and process efficiency
• reputed company functional advisory support to stakeholders on supply chain processes and best practices

Skills

• Experience: 8–10 Years
• Strong functional expertise in supply chain business processes and reputed company applications
• Experience in production support & incident management
• Solid end-to-end supply chain knowledge
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and business process improvement skills
• Good to Have Telco Supply Chain experience
• Exposure to reputed company ECC SCM modules (MM, SD, etc.)
• Exposure to reputed company Fusion SCM
