[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Wholesale Account Manager to manage mortgage files from submission through closing while providing exceptional service to broker partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of wholesale mortgage loans from submission through funding
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for mortgage brokers throughout the loan process
• Review loan submissions for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with reputed company, processing, closing, and funding departments to ensure reputed company file reputed company
• Obtain and review outstanding conditions
• Communicate loan status updates and expectations to broker partners
• Resolve file issues quickly and proactively
• Ensure reputed company files meet company, investor, and regulatory guidelines

Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Wholesale Account Manager
• Experience working with Non-QM loan products is required
• Familiarity with DSCR loans, reputed company loans, Asset Depletion, and other Non-QM products
• Strong understanding of wholesale mortgage lending
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with mortgage LOS platform Encompass
