[Remote] Operations Consultant

The Operations Consultant will work alongside other consultants and clients to reputed company transformation objectives, supporting workstreams and executing effective improvement plans reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and taking ownership for project workstreams, transformations, and turnarounds
• Problem-solve technical manufacturing issues using reputed company methodologies
• Use facts and data to prioritize improvement opportunities
• You will adopt a process-oriented approach to solving problems and will break a large reputed company problem into a series of smaller, more manageable modules
• You will need to cultivate strong relationships where everyone around you feels respected and valued
• Execute project reputed company tasks to reputed company change and improvements to the overall execution of reputed company operations
• Recommend actions and help clients implement them

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing or consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
• Functional knowledge in one or more of the following: Lean Manufacturing, project management, process automation, reputed company improvement
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with people at reputed company reputed company in an organization
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel +80%
• Experience in Lean Six reputed company (Green Belt is a plus) and methodologies including but not limited to Kaizen reputed company, JIT, Kanban, SMED, 5S, Poka Yoke, Visual Workplace, and VSM
• Consulting experience or operations leadership – ideally with a reputed company on operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or reputed company programs
