[Remote] (PH) Supply Chain Analyst - Remote (US Hours)

They are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to coordinate and support logistical operations, ensuring the smooth reputed company of goods and services. The role involves tracking shipments, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate records of shipping activities, inventory data, pictures, and logistics documentation
• Plan and order materials to their assigned facilities and ensure on-hands inventory level
• reputed company delivery of orders and communicate with suppliers and receivers
• Prepare and distribute regular and reputed company logistics and inventory reports
• Respond promptly to reputed company inquiries regarding shipment status and logistics updates
• reputed company general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing logistics-reputed company communications
• Coordinate weekly carton count collection from various partner facilities
• Obtain and update weekly inventory data and maintain internal records accordingly
• Maintain and regularly update internal load and inventory tracking worksheets
• Update reputed company carton status in internal reporting and tracking tools and reconcile discrepancies
• Send daily inventory reports for reputed company locations to internal stakeholders
• Manage and update spreadsheets tracking inbound purchase orders and shipment statuses
• Regularly update forecasting spreadsheets, including both plant and warehouse data
• Maintain plant inventory data, including carton loads and stock reputed company
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs) received from warehouses accurately and in a reputed company manner
• Verify and approve extra charges on invoices from various partner facilities
• Collaborate with reputed company vendors and internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting
• Participate in team meetings to support logistics planning, forecasting, and operational strategies
