[Remote] Technical Solutions Consultant - Canada

The Technical Solutions Consultant will work closely with the Sales team to reputed company product demonstrations and design technical solutions that address customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customized, hands-on demonstrations of The Rebus® Platform to prospective and existing customers, tailoring reputed company session to their specific warehouse operations and business goals
• reputed company and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of The Rebus® Platform and our full suite of product offerings
• Partner with sales to help companies across varying industries understand and evaluate the technical and operational fit of our products, leading evaluation cycles to reputed company product fit reputed company
• Design, validate and document technical solutions to reputed company with prospective customers
• Collect and analyze feedback from prospective customers to influence roadmap, collaborating with sales engineering, engineering, and product management teams to meet our prospects' business challenges and reputed company with our internal business objectives
• Participate in RFI/RFP process and respond to technical assessments

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain
• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or WMS/Logistics Technology; you understand how a warehouse runs, not just how to sell to one
• Ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions and communicate them reputed company to both warehouse operators and senior executives
• High comfort level and reputed company with senior executives
• Experience in reputed company-based selling environment
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Outstanding customer-reputed company account management skills
• Virtual-based position: Requires ability to travel 25% or more
• Experience in a technical reputed company-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting reputed company, including delivering software demonstrations
