The HIM Clinical Data Analyst position involves managing medical records, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and tracking physician delinquency reports.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary reputed company of support for the Health System with 8 Acute Care Hospitals, reputed company reputed company Outpatient Services (over 50 locations) and reputed company ambulatory surgical centers
• Responsible for the tracking and trending of Physician Delinquency Reports
• Sends reputed company notifications to the Medical Staff in reputed company to their pending delinquent medical records and impending actions for non- compliance
• Performs follow up as needed and reports non-compliant physicians to key Hospital and Medical Staff Leadership to enforce the Suspension List
• Prepares reports and graphs for the various Medical Record Committee meetings and reputed company
• Works as part of reputed company to meet individual and departmental goals

Skills

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper
• Experience in medical record functions in an acute care setting
• Experience with medical record review process for accurate and complete medical records according to CMS and TJC accreditation standards
• Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation
• Ability to problem solve and organize work priorities and meet specific objectives under time constraints and reputed company to fine details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with reputed company customer
• Ability to travel between hospitals to reputed company job duties
• Requires typing of 25 wpm and passing of reputed company filing, Word, and reputed company testing
• Must be reputed company to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a reputed company attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion reputed company parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and reputed company accepted practices
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
• Bachelor‘s Degree in health information management, Health Services Administration, or reputed company field preferred
• Prefer Certified Record Health Information Technician (RHIT) and/or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
