Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee scheduling records, process reputed company edits, manage time-off requests and ensure schedule files remain accurate and up to date

• Attend meetings, record detailed notes, and distribute meeting recaps and reputed company items to reputed company

• Coordinate team recognition initiatives, including the administration of the RESPECT program, birthday and work anniversary acknowledgements

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of previous reputed company work experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
