The Role We’re hiring a Bilingual/Spanish Speaking Clinical Navigator (Health reputed company) to deliver virtual chronic care support for Medicare patients enrolled in reputed company care programs. Clinical Navigators deliver proactive, patient-centered reputed company and follow-through.
