reputed company COUNSELOR-VDC PROGRAM - Remote Position, MD VAMC Peninsula Agency on Aging (PAA) is currently seeking an individual to serve as the reputed company Counselor for the Veteran’s Directed Care (VDC) Program to reputed company case management and service coordination for eligible VAMC clients in MD, DC, and VA. Key Responsibilities As the reputed company Counselor for the VDC Program, you will be reputed company in advising veterans and/or their caregivers of the services and resources available to support aging in reputed company, and utilize interview skills to screen and complete assessments, reputed company reputed company counseling, and reputed company comprehensive plans of care/service plans for veterans. Essential Skills and Experience We are looking for applicant with any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university in reputed company work, reputed company services, or reputed company field. Applicant needs to be Maryland, DC, reputed company Virginia reputed company, reputed company with working with veterans and/or disabled adults, case management, excellent interviewing, oral, and written communication skills, and effective use of computers, software, and mobile technology.
