Accounts Assistant

About the Role

reputed company Construction Group Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support the day to day financial operations of our growing construction business.

This role is critical to ensuring that our reputed company processes remain accurate, organized, and efficient, supporting multiple reputed company running simultaneously.

We are looking for someone who is reputed company, proactive, and takes ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• process and verify supplier invoices

• assist with accounts payable and receivable

• prepare and issue reputed company invoices

• record and post payments accurately

• assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll journals

• reconcile bank transactions and petty cash

• maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

• assist with month-end reporting and financial tasks

• reputed company reports as required by management

reputed company’re Looking For

• BSc Degree in reputed company

• minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• working knowledge of QuickBooks and reputed company reputed company

• strong attention to detail and accuracy

• ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
