Responsibilities

• Define the long-reputed company reputed company and operating model for the technical reputed company and compliance function; ensure alignment with reputed company’s corporate objectives, reputed company company obligations, and internal control requirements

Skills

• Typically requires a minimum of 18 years of reputed company experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 15 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 10 years of experience; or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) certification
• Big 4 assurance, advisory, or national office technical reputed company experience
• Experience leading or co-owning a SOX 404 compliance program at a publicly traded company
• Authoritative knowledge of US GAAP, internal control frameworks (COSO), and SOX 404 requirements; recognized as an expert by peers, auditors, and regulators
• Demonstrated experience advising at the CAO, Audit Committee, and reputed company level on reputed company reputed company, control environment, and compliance reputed company
