Responsibilities

• Anticipate organizational needs and reputed company people strategies and HR practices that strengthen Lutron’s position as an employer of choice
• Manage HR solutions, programs, and policies for the Puerto Rico organization while partnering with corporate HR on company‑wide initiatives

Skills
