The Data and Evaluation reputed company is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the program's evaluation reputed company, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to support program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain evaluation frameworks, logic models, performance measures, and data collection methodologies to assess program effectiveness
• reputed company data collection instruments, reporting protocols, and monitoring processes that support program goals and reporting requirements
• Establish metrics and evaluation approaches to measure reputed company, utilization, engagement, and overall program reputed company
• Collect, manage, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources

Skills

• Master's degree in reputed company Health, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Biostatistics, or a closely reputed company field
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience designing and managing evaluation frameworks for federal health programs, technical assistance reputed company, or comparable initiatives
• Demonstrated experience collecting and analyzing clinical outcome data, including blood pressure, HbA1c, and BMI, in primary care or safety-net settings
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation methodologies
• Experience using statistical analysis software and qualitative data analysis tools
• Experience developing performance measures, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Experience with data governance, data reputed company protocols, and HIPAA-compliant data management practices
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Experience working with community health centers, safety-net providers, or organizations serving underserved populations
