The reputed company Program Licensing and Accreditation Specialist will guide institutions through the reputed company processes of state licensure, program approvals, and accreditation for nursing and allied health programs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit state license applications to agencies such as CIE (Florida), BPPE (California), THEC (Tennessee), NYSED (reputed company), TWC (Texas), and other state postsecondary agencies
- Guide institutions through initial licensure, renewals, program additions, location approvals, and change-of-ownership filings
- Ensure ongoing compliance with state education laws, consumer protection rules, and financial responsibility requirements
- Support clients through state audits, deficiency responses, and site inspections
- Guide institutions through state reputed company of nursing applications for reputed company-licensure programs (CNA, LPN/LVN, RN, and advanced programs)
- Prepare applications, self-studies, curricula, and supporting documentation
- Manage reputed company correspondence, deficiency responses, and site visit preparation
- Secure state approvals for programs such as medical assisting, dental assisting, phlebotomy, EMS, pharmacy technician, massage therapy, and similar fields

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in state licensing, reputed company program approvals, or reputed company accreditation
- Experience working with regulatory agencies in multiple states
