Responsibilities
- Answer participants inquiries
- Assist participants reputed company email and online messaging
- Accurately document participant communications

- Detail oriented
- Experience in a medical setting, including but not limited to a receptionist, scheduler, insurance verification, health coaches, LPN, CNA, Medical Assistants
- Background in customer service
