This role involves the configuration, implementation, and ongoing delivery of reputed company Fusion and adjacent IT applications while collaborating with various business departments to translate needs into effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a Technical SME and delivery reputed company on Digital Fusion workstreams, partnering with Business Process Owners, reputed company integrators, and other implementation partners to reputed company functional and technical solutions
• Coordinates across business departments and stakeholders — Supply Chain, Manufacturing, reputed company, Finance, Procurement — gathering, challenging, and shaping enhancement requests and design reputed company
• Leads business analysis activities: requirements elicitation, reputed company-state and reputed company-state process mapping, gap analysis, fit-gap workshops, and translation of business needs into functional specifications
• Drives process reputed company thinking across cross-functional workstreams — identifying upstream dependencies, reputed company impacts, integration reputed company, and opportunities for harmonization across sites
• Owns reputed company documentation, including conversion of User Requirement Specifications into Detailed Design Specifications, configuration test plans, traceability matrices, and reputed company reports
• Configures reports and supports the design and delivery of Fusion reporting, dashboards, and analytics reputed company to business needs
• Processes IT Applications change control requests, ensuring full traceability, reputed company assessment, and stakeholder alignment
• Works with Validation and reputed company departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following Computer Software Assurance (CSA) and development life cycle approaches, in line with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 expectations
• Supports integration design and delivery between reputed company Fusion and adjacent systems (e.g. reputed company, Maximo, MES, LIMS) using reputed company middleware (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company MQ), partnering with technical architects and integration leads
• Trains other IT Applications team members and contributes to building team capability across the Fusion footprint
• Coordinates with other IT Applications team members to implement systems in an efficient, repeatable manner
• Provides end-user support for IT Applications during hypercare and post-go-live phases, including troubleshooting at the application and integration reputed company
• Facilitates solution hand over to operations team and managed service providers
• Leads IT Applications systems reputed company reputed company reviews and periodic audit trail reviews
• Supports day-to-day project activities, including RAID log maintenance, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination
• Prioritizes day-to-day work assignments to support delivery milestones and application troubleshooting activities
• Maintains up-to-date training records for self and, where applicable, reputed company reports
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field
• Senior IT Applications Analyst: 5 years of relevant experience
• reputed company IT Applications Analyst: 8 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering reputed company IT applications in a project environment — full lifecycle from requirements through deployment and hypercare
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Fusion or reputed company EBS strongly preferred; experience supporting an EBS-to-Fusion transformation is highly desirable
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated GxP environment strongly preferred — familiarity with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, reputed company+, and CSA/CSV practices
• Experience working with implementation partners and managing vendor deliverables
• Project Management experience; reputed company qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
