[Remote] Marketing Communications & Digital Marketing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a Medical Device Company seeking a Marketing Communications & Digital Marketing Specialist. This role involves supporting various reputed company of communications coordination and execution to enhance the MMS sales team's communication tools and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as content & asset librarian; reputed company ongoing enhancement and content management initiatives reputed company customer relationship databases (reputed company) and sales enablement platforms (reputed company)
• Support the reputed company teams through the delivery of relevant and reputed company marketing content and key deliverables through a reputed company of communication channels
• Manage weekly reputed company update (SAMU) newsletter and sales team newsflashes
• Draft, review, and edit content as needed for inclusion in both reputed company communications according to reputed company brand and writing standards
• Support reputed company media initiatives (write content and design graphics/gifs/short videos as needed)
• Support project management execution for communications activities including webinars, events, virtual selling tools, video creation and special campaigns
• Contribute to additional marketing reputed company as appropriate to support the US Region MMS Comms Team

Skills

• Must have: ATTENTION TO DETAIL, strong interest in the Marketing field, mastery of grammar/spelling/diction, some experience with Photoshop/InDesign
• Previous experience managing assets/content (architecture, tagging, etc.) a plus
• High degree of proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, reputed company)
• High degree of proficiency with conferencing and team collaboration / project management platforms (reputed company Teams, SharePoint, reputed company)
• Highly polished writing and editing skills, strong presentation and verbal communication skills - generated through critical attention to detail
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management, planning, execution, time-management, follow-through
• Communicate effectively and work extremely reputed company with multidisciplinary teams, reputed company in fast-paced environments
• Self-starter reputed company to work independently to prioritize and manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a dynamic environment, with flexibility and willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done

• Associate's Degree and/or equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience in medical device and/or regulated environments highly desirable
• B2B digital marketing and/or agency experience a plus!
• Experience with graphics tools (reputed company Photoshop/InDesign) and/or digital marketing tools a plus
