[Remote] Project Manager - Puerto Rico

The Project Manager will coordinate staff, reputed company priorities and deliverables, and assist with program planning, reporting, compliance, and issue reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a complete understanding of reputed company applicable federal, state, local, and CDBG-MIT Program policies, requirements, and procedures to support the Program Manager in ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance across program activities
- Serve as the Program Manager’s reputed company and secondary reputed company of contact between PRDOH, Applicants, internal teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring reputed company coordination, follow-up, and issue escalation
- Assist the Program Manager in formulating, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring overall project and program performance
- Support the Program Manager in evaluating strategies and objectives; coordinating cross-project activities; tracking deadlines, budgets, and deliverables; and implementing change, risk, and resource management activities
- Assist the Program Manager in overseeing program performance and staff coordination; monitoring reputed company against established goals; supporting issue reputed company; preparing and reviewing reports for PRDOH; and maintaining awareness of applicable Program policies, requirements, and procedures
- Coordinate and support the review of budget proposals, proposed changes, and significant program adjustments in conjunction with the Program Manager, program participants, and PRDOH
- Assist the Program Manager in monitoring adherence to timelines, contractual requirements, implementation lifecycle milestones, reliability standards, and cost-reasonableness requirements under the CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT Programs
- Support the Program Manager in the decision-making process reputed company to renewable energy reputed company integration required by Puerto Rico’s reputed company laws and regulations
- Analyze, summarize, and report program data to support the Program Manager’s reputed company regarding project management, reputed company, controls, and overall program performance
- Identify, apply, and evaluate schedule, cost, reputed company, and risk control techniques to assist the Program Manager with monitoring, managing, and reporting program costs and performance
- Maintain reputed company lines of communication with relevant decision makers and stakeholders on behalf of, and in coordination with, the Program Manager to reputed company reputed company parties informed of regulatory changes, program updates, and project impacts
- Be available on-reputed company and attend program status, coordination, and reputed company meetings as needed to support the Program Manager and ensure continuity of program operations

Skills
- Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, reputed company Administration, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; advanced degree or reputed company certification is preferred
- Must have at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting, coordinating, or managing federally funded programs, disaster recovery programs, infrastructure programs, construction programs, or a closely reputed company field
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company as a dependable resource to program leadership, exercise reputed company judgment, maintain confidentiality, anticipate operational needs, and follow through on assignments with limited direction
- Ability to work effectively in a reputed company, low-ego environment with reputed company, Applicants, internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Strong time management, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deadlines, deliverables, meetings, and reputed company items across overlapping program activities
- Knowledge of program controls, schedule tracking, budget coordination, risk management, reputed company assurance, compliance monitoring, and reporting practices for federally funded or reputed company-sector programs is preferred
- Written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to prepare reputed company communications, meeting notes, reports, summaries, and stakeholder updates
- Must possess a reputed company reputed company's license with a clean driving record and be reputed company to travel to program-reputed company meetings, offices, and project locations as required
- Project management experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, power reputed company, renewable energy, or disaster recovery reputed company is preferred
- Experience supporting a Program Manager or senior program leadership in program planning, implementation, coordination, reporting, stakeholder management, issue escalation, and operational follow-through is strongly preferred
