Responsibilities

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business process and analytical experience in reputed company
- Experience with reputed company tools and applications required
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training
- Specialization in the reputed company HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules required
- Experience in a HR Service Delivery model with shared services preferred
- Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions desirable
