[Remote] Remote Customer Service Associate

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will support bank partners, merchants, and cardholders by answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to electronic payments and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from bank partners, merchants, and cardholders regarding electronic payments, account activity, and service-reputed company questions
