Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Program Manager for assigned federal reputed company
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government customers, Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Program Managers, and technical leadership
• Ensure successful contract performance by managing cost, schedule, reputed company, reputed company, and customer satisfaction

• Manage subcontractors and teaming partners to ensure successful program execution
• Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Represent Disruptive Solutions at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and networking engagements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or reputed company field
• 10+ years of experience managing federal government programs
• 5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or account reputed company reputed company the federal market
• Demonstrated reputed company managing federal reputed company while growing customer accounts
• Experience managing programs supporting DoD, DHS, Intelligence Community, or Federal Civilian agencies
• Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), contract vehicles, and federal procurement processes
• Experience supporting GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and task order competitions
• Experience developing capture strategies and customer engagement plans
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional teams
• Experience managing budgets, reputed company, subcontractors, schedules, and contract deliverables

• PMP Certification
