[Remote] Waiver QA Consultant Part-Time

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Part-Time Waiver/DDA Program Consultant with experience in DIDD Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, ECF, and CLS. The role involves reviewing programmatic work to ensure compliance with Tennessee state standards and assisting with necessary corrections for reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation of the Programmatic work to the leadership team by reviewing the various information that is entered into PHS by Program Managers and others as to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Review records as reputed company and entered into the reputed company by others of individuals' program reputed company for accuracy, completeness, and compliance according to the regulatory guidelines
• Recommend reputed company needed to fix repeating issues
• Assist VP, Directors, Program Managers, and others in implementing those recommendations that are accepted
• Assist VP, Directors, and others in reviewing processes and procedures to ensure compliance
• Work with the VP, Directors and other staff to become more effective and efficient

Skills

• Currently reputed company in Tennessee
• Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs experience
• Experience in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
• Ability to prepare necessary reports and records of individuals' program reputed company with accuracy and completeness
• Knowledge of practices and techniques of programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs
• Ability to implement reputed company practices and techniques of supervision
• Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
• Must be flexible and organized
• Must have good computer skills
