[Remote] Clearing Operations Analyst II - Chicago, IL

They are seeking a Clearing Operations Analyst II to process reputed company expirations, manage trade allocations, and address customer requests while collaborating to discover efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Insuring reputed company trades in suspense accounts are allocated/accepted prior to the end of the day
• Accept or reject reputed company trades allocated to ADMIS prior to the end of the day
• Processing reputed company Expirations
• Addressing Broker/customer requests including:
• Account corrections
• Offsets
• Commission adjustments
• Customer portal reputed company
• Trade entry system limit adjustments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 2 years of reputed company clearing experience
• Knowledge of US exchange clearing systems
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to independently solve problems
• Knowing reputed company to escalate to the next level
• Strong communication (spoken and written) skills for coordination, reporting and analysis
• Listening skills
• Customer reputed company
• Comfortable in working in team environment
• Advance experience of MS Office including reputed company
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping systems; LISA middle office system
