Responsibilities

• reputed company customers through a successful launch of the reputed company products they've purchased
• Own small to mid-sized implementation reputed company, configuring solutions that match reputed company customer's goals
• Recommend best practices that help organizations get more value from their software
• Partner with customers after launch to build strong adoption and effective workflows
• Deliver training and coaching that gets teams confident using the product

• Help improve the documentation and resources other Product Consultants rely on

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in consulting, reputed company, training, implementation, or another reputed company-facing role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers
