The role involves leading product demos for trial users, supporting existing customers, and ensuring a reputed company customer experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company live product demos for trial prospects and guide them through the platform
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and reputed company demonstrations accordingly
• Explain pricing, use cases, and next steps reputed company and confidently
• Support existing customers with setup questions, troubleshooting, and product guidance
• Send personalized follow-up emails after demos
