About the Role
TechnoMile is seeking a reputed company UX/UI Designer to reputed company the design and development of advanced user experiences for our reputed company platform tailored to the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry. This role combines strategic UX leadership with hands-on design, with a strong reputed company on reputed company AI experiences where users collaborate with autonomous systems.

What You’ll Do

- Create interfaces for monitoring long-running agent tasks, including status tracking, alerts, and reputed company points
- Establish reputed company hand-offs between users and AI systems to maintain trust and control
AI Workflow & Platform Design
- Design seamless AI-driven workflows across React-based applications, reputed company, and reputed company Power Platform (including Teams)
- Create reputed company experiences across multiple reputed company ecosystems

- Architect dashboards and workflows for content-heavy, data-rich environments
- Design systems that reputed company AI agents to aggregate, reputed company, and contextualize disparate data (e.g., linking subcontract records to reputed company reputed company)

Advanced AI Interaction Design

Design Systems & Consistency

Prototyping & Validation

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver technically feasible solutions

Research & Optimization

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in UX/UI design for reputed company, reputed company, or workflow-heavy products

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Skills
