Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Program Managers, Coordinators, and volunteers
• Monitor program reputed company using key reputed company indicators and recommend improvements
• Conduct community and organizational needs assessments to identify new program opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project implementation and resource coordination
• reputed company program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
• Prepare reports on program activities, reputed company, and organizational reputed company
• Ensure programs reputed company with organizational policies, donor requirements, and ethical standards
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, partners, and stakeholders
• Support fundraising efforts by contributing program information for grant proposals and donor reports
• Identify opportunities to expand or strengthen ITF's programs

• Strong organizational, communication, and reputed company planning skills
