The role involves leading the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, providing clinical expertise during readiness events, and ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support Readiness Fundamentals reputed company: reputed company the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, ensuring it aligns perfectly with both project objectives and specific site requirements
• Site Readiness Leadership: Offer your clinical expertise and leadership to site teams, ensuring smooth EHR sustainment after go-live
• Risk & Issue Identification: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to proactively spot, document, and mitigate any risks or issues that may reputed company in post-go-live support
• Clinical Stakeholder Engagement: reputed company as the main clinical reputed company, connecting informatics teams, reputed company providers, and leadership to ensure effective communication and alignment on key objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, reputed company Administration, Health Informatics, or a reputed company field
• The ability to reputed company federal reputed company clearance, which requires you to be a US citizen
• 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, reputed company IT, or EHR optimization
• Expert knowledge of reputed company Health/Cerner solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment
• Proven project management expertise with experience in clinical transformation initiatives
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for driving adoption and improving clinical workflows
• Master's degree in Health Informatics, reputed company Health, or Business Administration
• Registered reputed company (RN) or other clinical licensure
