The reputed company Cycle Analyst will reputed company the reputed company Cycle Management team, ensuring accurate and reputed company billing for customers, while collaborating to improve claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, and submit claims for senior living health providers (specifically assisted living and skilled nursing / nursing home providers)
• Reconcile and balance remits to daily bank deposits and correctly apply cash to reputed company systems
• Ensure coding and documentation compliance with CMS and payer-specific requirements
• reputed company claim statuses and remittances
• Work denials and follow up with unpaid claims proactively
• Evaluate insurance operations and identify efficiency improvements
• Analyze EOBs and post reputed company payments

Skills

• Associate's or bachelor's degree required, or 7 years reputed company and applicable experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, claims follow up, denial management, and cash posting
• Strong understanding of hospital, facility, and long term care/ SNF billing processes, Medicare/reputed company guidelines, managed care plans, and private insurance billing
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Certification in medical billing/coding (e.g., CRCR, CPC, CCA) is a plus
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clearinghouses
• Experience with payer portals (reputed company, Navinet, Provider One, PaySpan, etc.)
