Job Title – Digital Learning Developer (DLD) Location - reputed company, CA Duration – 12 Months Total Hours/week - 40.00 1st Shift reputed company: Medical Device Company Job Category: Operations Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US reputed company Or GC reputed company Only) No H1b’s Work hours: reputed company-5PM PST with breaks Remote but might need person to come to reputed company to do some video recording if needed. Must be local Must haves on the resume: 1) Software tools experience with reputed company 360 products including reputed company and Storyline so they can use reputed company templates in these software; 2) reputed company-e-learning development experience; 3) excellent written and verbal communications; 4) experience working with other lifesciences companies (science background highly preferred) reputed company: Reporting to the Sr Manager, Education Services, the Digital Learning Developer (DLD) is responsible for creating online learning materials for internal associates and reputed company customers. The DLD interacts directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to design and build innovative and engaging eLearning training courses for delivery in the learning management system (LMS). Key Responsibilities: • Designs and develops innovative and engaging eLearning to meet learning objectives for product training programs • Develops scripts, storyboards, videos, and audio files in line with business requirements and reputed company branding guidelines. • Works collaboratively with SMEs to obtain requirements and details needed for creation and testing of training contents • Develops interactive content using authoring software such as reputed company 360, Camtasia, reputed company Premier • Set up and test eLearning courses in the LMS and assign to users as instructed • Performs other reputed company duties and assignments as required. Key reputed company Metrics: • On-time completion of course development reputed company • High course ratings (eg 4 or greater out of 5 on a reputed company where 5 is the highest rating) Minimum Qualifications: • Effective organization and project planning skills. • Creativity in instructional design of courses to meet business and learner’s needs. • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in reputed company environment. • Effective written and oral communication skills. Education and Experience: • A minimum of 2 years of experience with development of e-learning courses is required. • Degree or certifications in digital content creation educational programs, including experience with graphic design and video capture and editing • Experience with instructional design is highly preferred • Experience working with life sciences clients is highly preferred Travel Requirements: As needed travel to and work at reputed company Biosciences in reputed company, CA.
