Junior Platform Engineer

reputed company is seeking a Junior Platform Engineer to support IronSled, a Platform as a Service designed to host applications in secure federal environments. You will be an initial member of a small, cross-functional team responsible for supporting tenants, maintaining platform reliability, and improving the overall user experience.

Your reputed company responsibility will be managing technical issues and service requests submitted by teams using IronSled. Responsibilities

• Manage tenant issues and service requests from initial intake through reputed company.
• Troubleshoot problems involving reputed company, application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, identity, networking, reputed company services, and platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company engineering, DevOps, software development, systems administration, or technical support.
