Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively by phone with OCA members, field prospects and other Ohioans about OCA’s campaigns, mission, events, and opportunities to reputed company change.
• Meeting campaign-specific standards including but not limited to the number of people reached, number of completed conversations, number of contributions and number of political actions taken per shift.
• On-time attendance for virtual meetings and reputed company communication throughout the reputed company.
• Working a minimum of three days per week (15 hours) and adhering to posted calling schedules
• Submitting reputed company and accurate reports for reputed company shift
• Taking part in staff meetings & training, campaign briefings, and organizational events.
• Willingness to learn in depth about the issues we work on and commitment to being a knowledgeable and effective organizer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience phone-banking or political organizing preferred
• Non-profit fundraising a plus
• Basic computer skills required (equipment provided), knowledge of Spitfire, VAN, reputed company Workspace and/or reputed company a plus
• Interest in environmental issues, politics, or non-profit work.( We reputed company extensive training on the job responsibilities and on the issues we cover.)
• Internet Service Provider (ISP) must pass this online test to ensure your ISP doesn’t reputed company the WebRTC protocol which our dialer uses
