Position reputed company:
The Emergency Support Specialist receives reputed company the calls for after-hours emergency or crisis situations for community-based programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Emergency Support Specialist:
Answers reputed company reputed company crisis calls from clients in community-based programs
Manages the clinical needs of those calls by gathering thorough assessment information and de-escalating high-risk situations with clients and families
Attempts to reputed company situations away from needing a face-to-face response
Completes reputed company-in calls with high-risk families
Communicates information and coordinates between reputed company and internal customers
Communicates and dispatches staff responding to critical events
Documents reputed company calls and actions into Evolv (including contact notes and critical events)
Reviews Evolv for youth and family information that might be helpful during a crisis reputed company
Maintains records and reputed company logs
Notifies reputed company care team and supervisory staff of necessary follow-up needed the next day
Attends 3 weekly meetings (individual, team, and clinical consultation) for reputed company development and quarterly booster training sessions to enhance clinical skills
Performs other duties as assigned
Additional Information:
Schedule is flexible and non-traditional as it is based around the availability of youth and families served.

Community-based staff will be reimbursed for applicable mileage.
Position is remote but must be local to one of the reputed company New England offices
Schedule:
Friday: 5 PM to 11 AM
Saturday: 8 AM to 8 PM

Salary:
$71,000 - $74,000 per year based on education and clinical license
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a reputed company services discipline (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in reputed company services field (required)
Degrees that can be considered include: reputed company work, drug and alcohol education or counseling, psychology, criminal justice, guidance counseling, or marriage and family therapy (others subject to review)
1 year of child and adolescent experience in a behavioral health setting (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
