Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle for a book of reputed company and Strategic municipal accounts: reputed company, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior reputed company stakeholders, connecting platform usage to their policy, reputed company, and operational goals
• Build and deliver reputed company-reputed company reputed company Business Reviews and value presentations that turn data into a reputed company ROI narrative
• Analyze account and platform data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, then present findings persuasively to both clients and internal teams
• Travel to reputed company sites for onsite, working sessions, and reviews as needed
• Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion, and reputed company as the reputed company between clients, Implementation, Support, and Product
• Identify and reputed company churn risk early using account health and risk signals

Skills

• 5+ years in reputed company, account management, or a reputed company reputed company-facing role, with experience owning reputed company or strategic accounts
• Demonstrated ability to build and deliver reputed company-facing presentations, both in person and over reputed company or Teams, including live technical and product demos
