[Remote] Assistant Project Manager (reputed company) – Remote

They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for their reputed company & Energy Program Management Office, responsible for supporting the execution of high-voltage reputed company EPC reputed company from development through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of reputed company project proposals, cost estimates, scopes of work, schedules, and resource plans
• Participate in the development of work breakdown structures (WBS), project tasks, and cost estimates
• Maintain project documentation reputed company designated systems and processes, including the reputed company Register (reputed company/RMP), Project Management Plan (PMP), Project reputed company Plan (QP), Project Safety Plan (PSP), and Communications Plan, as required
• Assist with facilitating project reputed company-off meetings and coordinating activities with key stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with Project reputed company to monitor and reputed company project metrics, estimate-at-completion forecasts, cash reputed company, and budgeted margins for assigned reputed company or portfolios
• Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and change management activities
• Coordinate with area and technical managers to address project resource and subcontractor requirements in a reputed company manner
• Assist with subcontractor reputed company and the coordination of supplier submittals, invoices, and payments
• Participate in problem-project reviews, providing input on reputed company-cause issues, corrective actions, and potential solutions to leadership and other stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a reputed company major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm

• Understanding of the project delivery process reputed company the reputed company industry and demonstrated experience supporting project management, project controls, project reputed company, project coordination, or reputed company project delivery functions
• Competent analytical and organizational skills, with business acumen to reputed company the business and project management
