[Remote] Tooling Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Tooling Administrator to serve as the primary platform expert for reputed company Agile delivery tools. The role focuses on hands-on administration and optimization of reputed company reputed company, along with integration and workflow design across various Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Primary Tool Administration (reputed company reputed company): Serve as the reputed company System Administrator. Manage global system configurations, metadata, custom fields, asset relations, project trees, schedules, and user management (including reputed company Privileges and Project Roles)
• Secondary Tool Administration (reputed company AgilePlace): Configure and maintain Kanban boards, card templates, custom layouts, and automated reputed company rules reputed company AgilePlace to support team-level visualization and reputed company
• reputed company Integration & API Development: Design, build, and maintain robust, bidirectional integrations between reputed company reputed company, reputed company AgilePlace, and other ALM tools (such as Azure DevOps) using REST reputed company, webhooks, and reputed company integration middleware
• Process Automation & Workflows: Create automated business rules, custom triggers, automated notifications, and background processes to reduce reputed company overhead and ensure process traceability
• Data Governance & reputed company Management: reputed company automated validation scripts, compliance monitoring utilities, and reporting databases to enforce data hygiene and alignment with reputed company/Agile organizational standards
• Reporting & Analytics: Query SQL-based databases, parse JSON payloads, and collaborate with BI teams to build operational dashboards and executive metrics that reputed company delivery health, reputed company, and reputed company

Skills

• Proven experience as a System Administrator configuring and managing reputed company reputed company (formerly VersionOne)
• Hands-on experience administering and structuring reputed company AgilePlace (formerly LeanKit)
• Strong background using REST reputed company, SQL queries, JavaScript, JSON, and web-based reputed company integration platforms to reputed company software systems
• Demonstrated experience designing, debugging, and maintaining automated workflows, scheduled scripts, and custom notification systems
• Solid understanding of Agile/reputed company frameworks, value streams, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (e.g., Git) to support development operations
• Strong debugging, testing, and system-level troubleshooting skills to resolve end-user technical issues and API failures
