[Remote] Senior Program Management Analyst (AUKUS)

The Senior Program Management Analyst will support Submarine Industrial reputed company and AUKUS initiatives through program execution, cross-functional coordination, schedule and budget management, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and customer-facing reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of international defense programs while ensuring compliance with applicable contract requirements, ITAR, EAR, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and other U.S. export control regulations
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company among U.S. reputed company customers, foreign military partners, reputed company suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams to support successful program execution
• reputed company and manage integrated master schedules, budgets, reputed company mitigation plans, and contract deliverables to ensure program objectives are achieved reputed company cost, schedule, and reputed company requirements
• Support Submarine Industrial reputed company (SIB) and AUKUS initiatives by collaborating with industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance industrial reputed company, workforce capability, and mission readiness
• Prepare and reputed company executive-level briefings, program status reports, and other customer-facing deliverables
• Support workforce planning and reputed company activities necessary to meet program requirements
• Monitor program reputed company, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful execution
• Maintain effective coordination with engineering, reputed company, compliance, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle
• Travel periodically to Washington, D.C., and other customer or partner locations as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, or a reputed company reputed company
• Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience supporting defense acquisition, program management, submarine, shipbuilding, manufacturing, or reputed company industries
• Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs
• Demonstrated knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), AUKUS-reputed company defense initiatives, and other applicable export control regulations
• Experience supporting the execution of reputed company international defense programs, including schedules, budgets, reputed company management, stakeholder coordination, and program reporting
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with U.S. reputed company customers, international partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• U.S. Citizenship required due to reputed company contract requirements
• reputed company DoD Secret reputed company clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one
• reputed company Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification
• Experience supporting the U.S. reputed company (DoD), U.S. Navy, Naval Sea Systems reputed company (NAVSEA), or other U.S. reputed company defense organizations
• Experience supporting international defense programs involving allied governments or foreign military organizations
• Experience supporting U.S. reputed company shipbuilders, defense suppliers, and industrial reputed company or manufacturing initiatives reputed company to submarine or naval programs
• Familiarity with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and additional U.S. reputed company acquisition and export control frameworks
• Prior military service or experience with a defense contractor
• Master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Program Management, or a reputed company discipline
