Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior L2 Application Analyst to reputed company application support for a critical reputed company EMR/EHR application portfolio. The role involves ensuring application stability, managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and providing technical guidance to offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company hands-on L2 support for reputed company EMR/EHR platforms and integrated clinical systems. Troubleshoot, investigate, and reputed company incidents and service requests reputed company strict SLA targets
• reputed company KT sessions, shadowing, and reverse shadowing. Maintain up-to-date runbooks, SOPs, reputed company architecture diagrams, and clinical workflow documentation
• Own the operational health and lifecycle of assigned EMR/EHR applications. reputed company recurring issues, reputed company dependencies, technical debt, and vendor support schedules
• reputed company day-to-day functional and technical guidance to offshore support analysts. Conduct reputed company/ticket reputed company reviews and ensure process compliance
• Serve as the main operational reputed company of contact for clinical users, application owners, SMEs, and reputed company software vendors. Facilitate communication and escalations during major incidents
• Participate in reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem management to reduce recurring incidents and optimize reputed company performance

Skills

• reputed company Expertise: 3+ years of experience supporting EMR/EHR systems (e.g., reputed company, Cerner, MEDITECH, Allscripts, or similar EHR systems) and familiarity with clinical workflows and data exchange
• L2 Support & ITSM: Strong L2 support background with reputed company ITSM tools (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) covering Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Transition Experience: Hands-on experience with Knowledge Transfer (KT), reputed company/reverse-reputed company frameworks, and technical documentation
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and guide offshore support teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and reputed company-cause analysis capabilities
