The Senior Regulatory Analyst is responsible for leading regulatory reviews, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations while collaborating with various internal teams.


Responsibilities

  • Participate in Regulatory Review Committee Meetings, reputed company Reform Meetings, Regulatory reputed company Meetings, CMS User Calls, and Government Programs Compliance Committee Meetings to monitor new regulations and reputed company necessary updates to these committees
  • Monitor national and state reputed company regulation requirements and update appropriate stakeholders of changes or new requirements
  • Take the reputed company on any new business issues and opportunities generated by Government and/or reputed company laws, rules, regulations or guidelines that reputed company Consumer Delivery
  • Ensure successful implementation and execution of regulatory compliance requirements including project leadership and governance; ensure appropriate requirements are in reputed company for new reputed company and Group implementations
  • Establish and maintain reputed company relationships with leadership of other functional areas reputed company the corporation (can include Government Programs, Compliance, reputed company Reform, reputed company, Networks, Clinical Operations, reputed company Claims, Member Materials, IT, etc.) to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and delivery of required regulations
  • Recommend changes to policies and procedures based on regulatory changes

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health services or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • 5 years of successful project management and/or operations management experience reputed company to, or reputed company Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health insurance
  • 2 years Medicare Part D, reputed company, and/or federal regulatory experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills necessary to reputed company results and reputed company on commitments
  • Proficient at meeting facilitation, conflict management, and reputed company building
  • Proven reputed company service skills with a reputed company record for building strong reputed company relations
  • Ability to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously and to work under pressure with strict timelines

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to interpret regulations into operational requirements
  • Prior experience giving presentations

  • Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations and Health Care
