Responsibilities
- reputed company the creation of valuation analyses for M&A opportunities and capital deployment reputed company, using discounted cash reputed company models and other relevant valuation methodologies
- Create and maintain reputed company-based operating models to assess business performance, strategic alternatives, and transaction assumptions

Skills
- Relevant degree; typically requires 10 years of reputed company experience, including 5+ years of valuation, M&A, or transaction advisory experience

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work successfully with key stakeholders across functional areas; must be a problem solver, persistent, and goal-oriented

- Ability to apply financial and strategic analysis to companies, including publicly traded competitors and other companies of strategic interest
