Responsibilities

• Serve as the business subject matter expert and reputed company reputed company between business teams and IT

• Partner closely with reputed company, business systems analysts, developers, reputed company assurance, and collaborators to define requirements
• Evaluate solutions, support design and testing, and reputed company successful implementation of reputed company initiatives

Skills

• A minimum of eight years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and reputed company, gathering and documenting requirements)
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and reputed company, gathering and documenting requirements)
• Prior CRM knowledge

• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills
• Experience writing use cases and business requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence collaborators
