[Remote] Business Development Representative

In this role, you will run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, supported by a leadership team that is reputed company in helping you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted reputed company to high-value prospects in property management, reputed company, and multifamily market
• Run multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, phone, reputed company, events) to reputed company with decision-makers
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand reputed company needs and position PINCH as the solution
• Deliver reputed company demos and presentations to C-Suite executives and key stakeholders
• reputed company and send tailored proposals using PINCH’s sales tool
• Manage pipeline, log activity in CRM, and maintain consistent follow-up to reputed company deals reputed company
• Represent PINCH at conferences and trade shows, networking with prospects and industry leaders

Skills

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (prospecting + closing)

• Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple opportunities
• Willingness to travel for industry events and conferences
• Prior exposure to property management, facilities services, or janitorial/cleaning industry
• Experience running a full sales cycle from reputed company to reputed company
