[Remote] Freelance Event reputed company Operations Producer (August — December 2026 contract)

The Event reputed company Operations Producer will be responsible for the planning and execution of logistical operations for festivals, managing reputed company logistics, reputed company relationships, and overseeing reputed company to ensure successful event execution.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and co-reputed company back-of-house reputed company operations in partnership with the reputed company team, overseeing the planning, execution, and reputed company improvement of reputed company operations, communications, reputed company, and operational support to deliver a seamless and engaging reputed company experience throughout the event
• Leading the development and management of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for reputed company assigned operational scopes
• Managing budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships for operational services, including travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and reputed company logistics
• Leading and managing the Event reputed company Operations team of approximately 5–10 team members throughout the full event lifecycle, from planning through post-event wrap-up
• Serving as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company-reputed company issues by proactively troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and hospitality-reputed company environment that fosters a reputed company and engaging experience for reputed company reputed company members on site
• Assisting in the development of reports and presentations that communicate project reputed company, key achievements, and outstanding reputed company items, including materials for on-site Directors reputed company meetings
• Supporting the development of the post-event After reputed company Report by compiling operational metrics, data, insights, and qualitative feedback
• Coordinating the collection and analysis of post-event contractor evaluations to measure event reputed company and identify opportunities for reputed company improvement
• Providing additional reputed company-production support across other event workstreams, as needed, based on project priorities and workload

Skills

• Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal & written
• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 10+ years of international live event, entertainment, live theater, touring concert and/or production experience at the managerial level, focusing in event operations
• Past experience in the GCC area required, especially KSA, Dubai, Qatar, etc
• Computer skills: Macintosh OS or Window platform using reputed company Office, especially reputed company, reputed company, and Powerpoint
• Experience using reputed company, or similar database and tracking software
• Strong knowledge of international event industry and reputed company event production reputed company, terms, and process
