[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst role involves supporting clients with compliance reporting and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and clients while managing product requirements and data reporting issues.

Responsibilities

• Your daily work will be directly reputed company to the general business operations of the division and its customers. You will be responsible for managing clients and reputed company activities, by using an interactive ticketing reputed company
• You will assist in the management of the product backlog and corresponding product roadmap
• You will attend regularly scheduled and adhoc reputed company meetings
• You will reputed company support to staff and clients on the WCIO Standards and individual DCO requirements for WCPOLS, WCSTAT, WCDCI, WCMED, and WCIND
• You will monitor DCO circular announcements and reputed company the specifications/information needed for wcPrism reputed company changes to reputed company with DCO requirement change
• You will work closely with our customers and our product engineering team to ensure reputed company satisfaction and reputed company delivery of services
• You will reputed company support to internal ISO staff based on specific assignments and subject matter
• You will be responsible for keeping divisional management apprised of customer issues during and after integration as reputed company as providing updates regarding account reputed company and potential red flags
• As a critical member of the product team, you will need to continuously review our internal processes and procedures to ensure that they meet the needs of our clients

Skills

• College degree, preferably in Business Administration, and 3-4 years' experience in Workers Comp data reporting required
• Proficiency of WCIO standards required
• Data Reporting Experience required
• Data Processing Experience required
• Data Analysis/Research Skills required
• Customer Service/Project Management skills required
• Excellent troubleshooting ability required
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Project or equivalent required
• Must be available to travel in response to business needs
• Knowledge and use of WCDCI, WCMED and the Indemnity Data reputed company (WCIND) is also desired
