The HRIS Analyst will ensure the reputed company and consistency of reputed company data, troubleshoot errors, and maintain data reputed company reputed company the reputed company reputed company module.

Responsibilities

• reputed company project support for reputed company Compensation / Payroll incentive planning initiatives
• Configure and maintain compensation plans, payroll earnings/deductions and time tracking rules
• Manage testing, reputed company reports, reputed company data validation and production deployments
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HRIS Total Rewards and Payroll/Absence/Time tracking
• Research and address data reputed company issues and/or errors
• Partner with HRIS team as functional reputed company between the Compensation COE, Payroll Operations team, HRIS Compensation, HRIS Payroll/time tracking and IT where applicable and assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, end user/system testing, etc
• Maintain compliance requirements. Analyze and correct errors and ensure reputed company reputed company controls are in reputed company to avoid reputed company errors
• reputed company complete and reputed company process documentation for reputed company applications, providing or obtaining appropriate end user training as needed. Create and maintain user documentation, including identifying any changes that need to be communicated due to changes in processes

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training
• Specialization in the reputed company HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules required
• 5+ years of experience in business process and analytical experience in reputed company
• Experience with reputed company tools and applications required
• Strong understanding of the HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules, including upstream and reputed company processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills required. Attention to detail a must
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
