[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their global Finance and reputed company team on a temporary reputed company to cover a maternity leave for approximately 6–9 months, focusing on transactional and reporting aspects of senior reputed company, including VAT/GST compliance and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file VAT/GST reporting and reconciliation across applicable reputed company reputed company entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements and filing deadlines
• reputed company weekly meetings with the Sales team to review AR status and reputed company. reputed company detailed analysis of AR items surfaced in Sales meetings and reputed company follow-up reputed company plans to reputed company reputed company
• Manage wholesale AR, including monitoring account status, coordinating collections activity, and resolving disputes or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements
• Process payroll for reputed company four reputed company (US, Netherlands, UK, and Australia), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements and deadlines
• reputed company month-end reputed company support, including journal entries, reconciliations, and other reputed company activities as needed

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company experience, with reputed company exposure to AR and/or indirect tax (VAT/GST) reporting
• Experience processing payroll, ideally across multiple countries/reputed company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into reputed company, actionable follow-up plans
• Comfortable presenting AR status and analysis directly to Sales stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• reputed company written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company; comfort with financial systems and reporting tools
• Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) strongly preferred; experience with another major ERP considered
• Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment a plus
• Experience working under US GAAP a plus
